TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Definitions in these terms and conditions:
- Reflection period: the time within which the customer can make use of his right of withdrawal
- Customer: Person who consumes, buys goods or services without the intention of selling them.
- Day: calendar day;
- Transaction time: The amount of time involving the products, production time and shipping time.
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the customer to cancel the agreement within the reflection time
- Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to customers at a distance;
- Ordering at distance: Agreement for buying products without physically feeling or seeing the products. This involves the ordering and communication at distance.
- Communication at distance: Methods involved communicating between the entrepreneur and the customer for ordering at distance.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Isa Kronemeijer and to every agreement and orders between Isa Kronemeijer and the customer.
- Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer. and must be read and approved by the customer.
Article 4 – The offer
- If an offer has a certain production time, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
- Images accompanying products are a true representation of the products offered. Isa Kronemeijer cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the real colors of the products.
Article 5 – The agreement
- The agreement is concluded at the time of acceptance by the customer
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
- When purchasing products, the customer has 14 days to terminate the agreement. This time starts on the day the customer receives the item.
- After receiving the product, the customer will handle the product and the packaging with care. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to Isa Kronemeijer in its original condition and packaging.
- If the customer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to Isa Kronemeijer within 14 days after receiving the products. The customer must prove that the products have been returned on time.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
- If the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded. The shipping costs are for the customer.
- If the customer has paid an amount, Isa Kronemeijer will refund this amount as soon as possible. This is subject to the condition that the product is back in the webshop owner's possession
Article 8 – Exclusion right of withdrawal
- Isa Kronemeijer can exclude the customer's right of withdrawal for products. This only applies if this is clearly stated in the offer.
Artikel 9 – De prijs
- Prices include VAT.
- When there is a price raise of a product, Isa Kronemeijer is free to do so. The price cannot be increased once the order has been placed.
- the customer may be contacted once the wrong shipping option has been selected, and additional charges may apply
Article 10 – Guarantee
- Isa Kronemeijer guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
Article 11 – Delivery and performance
- Isa Kronemeijer will be careful when receiving and executing orders for products
- The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to the company.
- Isa Kronemeijer will ship orders within 7 days at the latest, unless the customer has agreed to a longer delivery period. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 5 days after he has placed the order.
- All delivery times are indicative. The customer cannot derive any rights from any stated terms.
Article 13 – Payment
- When an order is placed the amount of the order needs to be paid immediately. this includes shipping costs
Article 14 – Complaints procedure
- Complaints must be submitted fully and clearly described to Isa Kronemeijer within 7 days after the customer has discovered the defects.
- If the complaint cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
- In case of complaints, the customer should first contact Isa Kronemeijer
Article 15 – Disputes
- Only Dutch law applies to agreements between Isa Kronemeijer and the customer to which these general terms and conditions apply. Even if the customer lives abroad.
